Ego is normally omitted in Latin unless for emphatic reason.ago agere egi
actum. Ago means I thank, agis you, agit he/she thanks etc.

It means you thank. One trick for looking up these conjugations: Type in goolge ago,agis,agit, then you got it. |

ago is only a trassitive verb of the noun "gratias(thank)", it doesn't mean "I
thank" by itself.
