我在看信德麟先生的书时，被其中离格的用法搞昏了头。虽然这本书中难背的东西有很多，但都不如离格那么常用。如果有高人看到我这篇帖子的话，请给我讲讲如何才能记住离格的用法，拜托了！

Uses of the Ablative The Ablative has various uses. For the present we shall note only the Instrumental use. The Ablative denotes the thing with which, or by means of which, anything is done; and may be translated into English by the preposition with. 确切一点来说，拉丁语的Ablative应该叫夺格而非离格，它是原始印欧语离格和工具格合并而形成的，所以它起的作用本质上就是离格和工具格的作用。你可以这么记忆，希望有所帮助： 1、承担离格的作用： 离格的本意就是“从……出发”： [1]形象意义上 表示从某个时间、地点离开=》方位夺格 表示动作起源自某个人或物=》Agent[施动夺格] [2]抽象意义上 表示表示起源自某个原因=》动因夺格 2、承担工具格的作用 表示借助、凭借=》工具夺格 表示怀有[心情]、伴随=》情态夺格、伴随夺格 3、特殊用法 [1]属性夺格 [2]孤立夺格

The Ablative Case is used to denote the time at, or in the course of, which an action takes place. At the firt hour, prima hora. On the third day, terito die. Both in summer and winter, et aesate et hieme.

也有一个简便之法，那就是将夺格之外的其他语法格的用法滚瓜烂熟，主格、受格、与格、呼格、属格相对简单，然后再攻克夺格，或者说除此之外，通通用夺格。
